Do Zippy's Restaurants gift cards expire?
Zippy’s gift cards do not expire and there are no additional fees associated with them.
Do I need to activate or register my gift card?
Gift cards do not need to be activated or registered and can be used immediately. However, there is the option to create an account to register your account for easy auto-loading and security.
Where can I use my Zippy's Restaurants gift card?
Gift cards bought on this website can be used at any Zippy's Restaurants location, on Zippys.com and the Zippy’s app. Please note that there are Zippy’s gift cards sold prior to August 8, 2022 that are not eligible for use online. To verify that your card is eligible, please look on the back of the card. If it is eligible for use online, it will clearly state as such. If there is no mention of being able to be used online, it is not able to be used as payment online, it is good for redemption only inside a physical Zippy’s location.
Can I exchange my gift card for cash?
If the remaining balance is under $5, you may request a cash balance refund in-store at any Zippy’s location.
What if I do not use the entire balance of the gift card?
Each transaction is deducted from the gift card balance. Any unused portion will be available for future transactions as our gift cards do not expire.
Can I get a replacement for a lost or stolen gift card?
Please treat your gift card like cash, as we are unable to replace it if lost or stolen.
I purchased a Zippy’s Gift Card last year, can I now use it online?
Only gift cards purchased after August 8, 2022 and beyond can be redeemed online, as well as in-store. Gift cards purchased before this date can only be redeemed in-store. To verify that your card is eligible, please look on the back of the card. If it is eligible for use online, it will clearly state as such. If there is no mention of being able to be used online, it is not able to be used as payment online, it is good for redemption only inside a physical Zippy’s location.

For orders that must be paid via Purchase Order or government contract, please visit zippys.com/contact-us or call 808-973-0880 Monday-Friday 8am-5pm HST. We will require payment in advance of gift card issuance for these purchases.
In which currencies are Zippy's Restaurants Gift Cards available for purchase?
Zippy's Restaurants Gift Cards are available in United States Dollars (USD) only.
Can I purchase multiple Zippy's Restaurants Gift Cards?
Yes, you may purchase up to 1,000 Zippy's Restaurants Gift Cards in a single purchase. Please note the maximum value a single card may have is US$5,000.
Can I purchase a physical Zippy's Restaurants Gift Card and have it shipped?
Yes, Gift Cards are available for purchase and delivery. Shipping is free for all orders $100 and over and $6 for orders under $100.
When will I receive my eGift Card?
eGift Cards are delivered within 1-3 business days of purchase, or on the selected future delivery date.
Why have I still not received my eGift Card?
It may have been delivered to your spam or junk email folder. Please check there first. If you are still unable to find your eGift Card, please contact our team for assistance.
Can I cancel my Zippy's Restaurants Gift Card purchase?
Zippy's Restaurants Gift Cards are nonrefundable.

How do I use my Zippy's Restaurants eGift Card?
Zippy's Restaurants eGift Cards are ready to use immediately. Present the email (either printed or on your mobile device) that you received with the eGift Card Number at the fast food counter or to your server.
Do I have to use the entire value of the Gift Card at once?
No, your Zippy's Restaurants Gift Card can be used for multiple transactions. The amount of each purchase will be deducted from the card balance until the full value has been redeemed.
What if my charges are greater than the value of my Gift Card?
If your charges exceed the value of your Gift Card, you must pay the excess with another method of payment.
Can my Zippy's Restaurants Gift Card be redeemed for cash?
If the remaining balance is under $5, you can request a cash balance refund in-store at any Zippy’s location.

How can I check the balance of my Gift Card?
Visit zippys.com/giftcard and click on Check Balance.
What can I do if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
If your lost or stolen Zippy's Restaurants Gift Card has available funds, and the card was previously registered on zippys.com/giftcard, you may report it to the Zippy's Restaurants Customer Service Team. The remaining balance of the reported card will be re-issued in that amount on a replacement eGift Card.
Zippy's Restaurants is not responsible for any lost or stolen cards and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any Zippy's Restaurants Gift Card if there is perceived indication of fraudulent or unauthorized behavior.

Your PIN is your unique 4-digit number inputted on all transactions. This PIN protects you from Gift Card misuse or unauthorized balance redemption.
